Mítica banda do circuito independente brasileiro, a MQN completa em 2007 dez anos de shows incendiários e discos envenenados. Um dos principais nomes do rock independente brasileiro na atualidade, o grupo tem em seu currículo shows em quase todos os festivais nacionais como Abril Pro Rock, Porão do Rock, Goiânia Noise Festival, Curitiba Pop Festival, Coca Cola Vibe Zone, entre outros. Além disso, a banda já realizou três turnês internacionais, sendo duas pelos Estados Unidos (em 2001, quando gravou um disco com a produção dos Man or Astroman, e em 2003, quando fez shows em lugares como EMP - Seattle / WA e SXSW Festival Austin / TX) e uma pela Argentina (em 2007, quando teve um disco inédito lançado pelo selo argentino Scatter Records). Nesses 10 anos de estrada, o MQN já dividiu palco com bandas como Deep Purple, Buzzcocks, Mudhoney, Man or Astroman, ... And You Will Know Us About The Trail of Dead, Sepultura, Superchunk, Sergio Dias (os Mutantes), Nebula, Watts, Los Natas, Thee Butcher Orchestra, entre outras. O rock explosivo da MQN é hoje uma das principais referencias de rock independente brasileiro e é ainda uns dos principais motivos para a cidade natal da banda ser reconhecida pela imprensa brasileira como "Goiânia Rock City" ou "Seatlle Brasileira". === MQN is one of the most important bands of brazilian independent scenario, since 1997 playing incendiaries concerts and recording poisonous discs. Actually, one of the main names of brazilian independent bands has in its history participation in the biggest festivals of the country like "Abril Pro Rock", "Porão do Rock", "Goiânia Noise Festival", "Curitiba Pop Festival", "Coca Cola Vibe Zone" and many others. Beyond that, MQN has 3 international tours in its curriculum: 2001 in USA, when recorded an album with the production of Man or Astroman; 2003 when made gigs in places like EMP (Seattle/WA) and in SXSW Festival (Austin/TX); and the last one in 2007 in Argentina when released an unpublished work by Scatter Records. Within 10 years of working, MQN shared stages with Deep Purple, Buzzcocks, Mudhoney, Man Or Astroman, And You Will Know Us About The Trail of Dead, Sepultura, Superchunk, Sergio Dias (the Mutantes), Nebula, Watts, Los Natas, Thee Butcher Orchestra and many others. MQN is, actually, now one of the main references of brazilian independent rock and one of the reasons its home town is known as "brazilian Seattle" or usually called "Goiânia Rock City".
